Galaxy Art Studio is located on Auckland's North Shore, specialising in children's creative art, painting and craft classes, also offering holiday programmes, parent-child activities and adult art experiences. The studio uses small-class teaching where teachers can fully attend to each child's needs and ideas, with personalised instruction. Unique philosophy – we don't pursue "drawing accurately" but guide children through observation, questioning, imagination and material exploration to incorporate their own ideas into works, truly inspiring imagination and expression. For younger children, the focus is on interest initiation, colour perception and hands-on skills; for those with some foundation or older children, we progressively integrate composition, form, coloured pencil, watercolour, acrylic, sketching, manga and systematic content, enabling step-by-step improvement in a relaxed atmosphere. The studio has a warm environment and diverse course content, ideal for families who want children to move away from mechanical copying and cultivate aesthetic and creative skills through free creation.
