NZQA Level 3 Baking Course (Zero Tuition)

NZQA-accredited Level 3 baking course for NZ residents (PR/RV/citizen). 30 weeks, starting late July. Classes Mon/Wed/Fri 4:30-9:00pm, South Auckland location. Covers bread making, cake baking, piping, pastry, and business planning for orders. Teaches basic to advanced baking skills and how to turn skills into business opportunities. Zero tuition with $500 registration fee only. Ideal for adults wanting to improve baking skills, start a baking business, or pursue a hobby.
